I love your style! When should I book you for my wedding?

ASAP - and we’re not kidding! availability changes instantaneously; early booking is highly recommended. a retainer is required to reserve your date(s) on our calendar.

why is a preview session important?

to ensure the perfect look, a preview session is required for our brides. it is our intention to provide a glimpse of the getting ready process on your wedding day. this is also an opportunity for us to find the best overall look for you.

when should I schedule my preview appointment?

we hold off on booking your preview appointment until we get closer to your wedding date (4 months out, at the most). this helps us keep your preferences fresh in our mind. by the time we see you next, there likely won’t be drastic changes to your skin or hair!

our weekends are reserved for weddings. but on available weekdays, we can book an appointment at our studio. we can also come to you - this is subject to artist availability + will incur a travel fee.

where is your company located? are you willing to travel?

we serve Los Angeles County, California + beyond. weddings do incur travel fees, which we outline in our pricing guide.

how large of a group can be handled?

we may be able to accommodate any size group for hair and makeup services! this is subject to the availability of my team members + how much time we have for beauty prep. your wedding details will determine how many artists your group will need.

what if not everyone wants beauty services?

to ensure a cohesive look, we recommend that we service your entire group. but, we are happy to build a custom package for you, too! please inform us if you would like information for only a few members of the bridal party. in this case, a minimum fee will apply.

when do I need to know my final count of wedding day services?

if you've already secured your date, you have until 60 days before your wedding day to let us know your final count. a 50% retainer per added service holds the person's spot on the timeline.

can I add/remove services AFTER signing the booking agreement?

you can add services up until your wedding day. this is subject to the availability of our team members and the time frame we have for beauty prep. on the day of the wedding, we cannot guarantee any last minute requests. availability will be subject to each team member's terms and schedule for the day.

if you need to remove any services from the schedule, please give us ample notice. our team books out 6-12 months in advance + are turning down other bookings to keep yours on our calendar. if someone does need to cancel a service, a partial or full payment of their balance may apply. we outline these terms in our booking agreement.

What if I want a style change between my ceremony and reception? What about touch-ups for pictures?

we include a short touch-up window immediately following completion of all services. some brides request extra time for style changes and/or touch ups during photos. reserve our concierge service for a few hours or throughout the evening - we'd love to join!

How much time should I allow in my schedule for beauty?

we choose to set aside ample time to create a stress-free environment. expect to receive a personalized schedule for you + your bridal party! if needed, request a larger team of artists to work in a shorter timeframe.

how long will my hair + makeup last? what products are used?

our team stays up-to-date with pro techniques + products for incredible staying power!

only quality, professional products are stocked in our kits. if you prefer to use your own products due to allergies or sensitivities, please make sure to let us know! we will require new, unopened products to nix cross-contamination.

what payment types are accepted?

balance payments are accepted through credit card (Stripe or Paypal), Zelle, and Venmo. gratuity is accepted in the form of cash, Zelle or Venmo.
